Collaborating to Advance Health Equity Nationwide

CaringWays is collaborating with Premier Inc.’s PINC AI™ Applied Sciences (PAS) and Strategic Collaboratives teams to advance health equity by creating opportunities to award health systems fully-funded two-year memberships to the Health Equity Collaborative.

Key features of the Health Equity Collaborative Awards:

Committees led by:

• Dr. Tracey Hoke, MD, MSc, FAAP, Chief of Quality and Performance Improvement, Senior Associate Chief Medical Officer for Quality, UVA Health
• Dr. Stella Safo, MD, MPH, Founder of Just Equity for Health and Infectious Disease & Internal Medicine physician at Mt. Sinai
• Dr. Peter Pronovost, MD, PhD, FCCM, Chief Quality & Clinical Transformation Officer, University Hospitals Cleveland, and other national leaders will guide the strategic vision for the PINC AI™ Health Equity Collaborative in reducing health inequities

PINC AI™ Health Equity Collaborative Speed to Improvement:

• A comprehensive assessment and development of a Health Equity Improvement Plan.
• National leadership events to highlight best practices.
• Frequent shared learning opportunities.
• A cross-functional stakeholder forum to identify priority patient populations.
• Standardized and connected data analytics to track reduction in inequities over time, improvement in health equity from targeted interventions, and benchmarking among participants.
• Research project opportunities and interventions that include patient and community.
